Prof. Yang Yue

Bio:Yang Yue received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and optics from Nankai University, China, in 2004 and 2007, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, USA, in 2012. He is a Professor with the School of Information and Communications Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China. Dr. Yue’s current research interest is intelligent photonics, including optical communications, optical perception, and optical chip. He has published >300 journal papers (including Science) and conference proceedings with >13,000 citations, one book, seven edited books, two book chapters, >70 issued or pending patents, >200 invited presentations (including 1 tutorial, >30 plenary and >80 keynote talks). Dr. Yue is a Fellow of SPIE, a Senior Member of IEEE and Optica. He is an Associate Editor for IEEE Access and Frontiers in Physics, and an Editor Board Member for four other scientific journals. He also served as Guest Editor for >10 journal special issues, Chair or Committee Member for >100 international conferences, Reviewer for >70 prestigious journals.

Bio: Prof. Bo Ai (IEEE Fellow, IET Fellow)is the professor and doctoral supervisor of Beijing Jiaotong University. He is also the Dean of School of Electronics and Information Engineering. Prof. Bo Ai has published 6 Chinese academic books, 3 English books, over 200 IEEE journal articles. He has obtained 13 international paper awards include IEEE VTS Neil Shepherd Memorial Best Propagation Award and IEEE GLOBECOM 2018 Best Paper Award, 36 invention patents; 28 proposals adopted by the ITU, 3GPP, etc., and 9 provincial and ministerial-level science and technology awards. His research results has been involved in 6 national standards. He is mainly engaged in the research and application of the theory and core technology of broadband mobile communication and rail transit dedicated mobile communication systems. Prof. Bo Ai is the Fellow of Chinese Institute of Electronics, Fellow of China Institute of Communications, Chair of IEEE BTS Xi'an Branch, Vice Chair of IEEE VTS Beijing Branch, IEEE VTS distinguished lecturer, am expert of the 5G Industry Expert Group of the China Mobile Group Technical Advisory Committee,and expert of the 6G Group in China.

Prof. Liang Yang

Hunan University, China

Bio: Yang Liang, Professor, Hunan Furong Plan Technology Innovation Leading Talent, Doctoral Supervisor, born in 1977. He obtained his doctoral degree from Sun Yat sen University in 2006. He have worked as a postdoctoral fellow at City University of Hong Kong and TAMUQ.
His main research fields are wireless communication, optical wireless communication, Internet of Vehicles and edge computing. He has published more than 130 IEEE journal papers, including 8 highly cited papers, 2 hot papers, and the H index of Google and ResearchGate is 42. He has been selected into Stanford's top 2% global scientists list for five consecutive years, and was selected into Elsevier's "China's highly cited scholars" in 2023 and 2024. Hosted 5 National Natural Science Foundation projects and 1 National Key Research and Development Program project, and participated in 1 National Natural Science Foundation Regional Innovation and Development Joint Fund key project (project leader).
